Julia – you helped to truly form one of the top performing teams in our entire organization. This was no easy feat. When you joined, the team was brow beaten by disappointing releases, unclear roles and responsibilities, and very little morale. Your organization and positivity was exactly what they needed to become the best team they could be. You released a stock site that put the legacy product to shame. It wasn’t easy, but you faced resource, scope and product owner challenges while always protecting the team to focus on their core goal.
You were a constant source of maturity, positivity and skill on the Project Delivery team. You know as well as I do that leaders don’t always have leadership titles. You pushed your peers to do and be better. You stayed out of the drama and never let anyone dim your light. You knew yourself and took moments away when you needed them. What an incredible example for those around you.
