Sprint Dashboard

I designed a comprehensive dashboard using Tableau, leveraging data from Azure DevOps, to visualize key metrics spanning multiple teams and multiple sprints. This dashboard serves as a powerful tool for identifying trends and indicators crucial for informed decision-making. It offers insights into predictability, risks, impacts of change, sprint and quarterly planning health, as well as backlog health and completion/delivery status.
